About

C12 Borderplex serves Christian CEOs and business owners throughout West Texas and New Mexico, helping them build great businesses for a greater purpose. As part of C12, the world's largest network of Christian CEO and business owner peer advisory groups, our members gain the wisdom, accountability, and practical tools needed to lead thriving companies while honoring Christ in every area of business.

Members meet monthly in confidential, non-competing peer advisory forums where they tackle real business challenges, sharpen one another through candid discussion, and receive executive coaching grounded in biblical principles and proven business practices. Each forum is designed to help leaders make better decisions, strengthen their organizations, develop their teams, and steward their companies with excellence.

Whether facing rapid growth, succession planning, leadership development, strategic challenges, or the isolation that often comes with leading a business, C12 provides a trusted community where business leaders grow personally, professionally, and spiritually alongside peers who understand both the opportunities and responsibilities of executive leadership.
